The Zaika Experience A lot of things happen by chance. But the fact that Zaika became synonymous with good meals within a short periodof time was not by chance. When I originally arrived on the East Coast of the United States to pursue an MBA, I had no idea where I would be in ten years. It was by chance that I ended myself in the restaurant business. My restaurant journey has been incredible from the beginning. Serving and delighting customers was difficult at first, but I grew to enjoy it and it eventually became my passion. This is now a part of my daily routine. I moved to Colorado in 2011 to pursue new opportunities.
